REV. JEFFREY PADRE GUIWA

PJ is passionate about Christ, family, and community. He enjoys simple pleasures like park walks, beach strolls, family movie nights, reading, and trying favorite foods like pork sinigang, spicy laing, and siniguelas.

Blessed with a loving family, PJ earned a degree in Behavioral Science and began his career in the food industry, eventually serving as a Training Consultant for several major companies. He also worked in Christian education, handling both HR and spiritual guidance roles.

PJ and his wife started a small Bible study in their home in 2012, which grew into a church. They joined the Church of the Nazarene, and PJ received his Local and District Licenses, completing his Ministry Preparation Program at Nazarene Bible College in 2022.

In 2020, PJ was installed as Senior Pastor at Los Angeles First Filipino Church of the Nazarene. He dreams of leading mission trips, equipping pastors, and inspiring the next generation of shepherds—all to glorify Christ and spread His love.
